ESW 2011-2012 Season: Registration Begins Monday, October 24

Are your wrestlers ready to hit the mats?!
Registration for the 2011-2012 Wrestling Season details:
When: Monday, October 24 or Tuesday, October 25; 6 – 7:30 pm or at any ESW practice
Where: Evanston Township High School wrestling room (1600 N. Dodge Ave)
Registration materials are noted below. Please feel free to bring completed forms to registration; we will also have blank forms available at registration.
- Registration and Consent Form (attached)
- IKWF/USA Application (attached)
- Medical Information and Waiver Form (attached)
- Photocopy of child’s birth certificate (new members only)
- Check made payable to Evanston School of Wrestling
- $260 for competitive tournament members ($210 per additional child for families w/ more than one child registering)
- $210 for non-tournament members
A few other key items to note:
- As noted in the attached flyer, practices will start on Monday, November 7.
- Please help spread the word on ESW by sharing the attached flyer with your friends, your child’s friends, other parents, etc. Thank you!
